“It’s great to have this paper published Open Access, which is often not the case. It means it can be made readily available to everyone. It looks at how policies and initiatives are promoted and implemented on the ground by broadcasters, production companies and professional organisations. Have a look, it’s very ‘readable’ and draws on interviews with a range of funders, decision makers and industry professionals. It’s relevant to all of us working for equality and diversity. We’re grateful to the BAI for commissioning the research,” Susan commented on her research.
