On 20th July, WFT Ireland hosted a very special event Greater Later: Building Sustainable Careers supported by Screen Ireland. This series of talks celebrated the remarkable achievements of women in the industry who have found success, often later in their careers. Our Fixing it in Post: Panel Discussion focused on the world of Post & VFX, featuring WFT Sponsor Windmill Lane’s Head of Production, Deborah Doherty, and Piranha Bar Executive Producer Nicky Gogan, and was hosted by WFT Project Manager Gemma Creagh. Nicky and Deborah gave insight into the unique and collaborative world of Post and Animation as well as the opportunities available for women returning to the workplace.
