On 20th July, WFT Ireland hosted a very special event Greater Later: Building Sustainable Careers supported by Screen Ireland. This series of talks celebrated the remarkable achievements of women in the industry who have found success, often later in their careers. WFT was honoured to have internationally esteemed conductor and composer Eímear Noone join us in conversation with WFT Vice Chair Jaro Waldeck. Known for her award-winning work on video game music, Eímear has conducted all over the world, working with the Philadelphia Orchestra, the Royal Philharmonic, Orchestre National de Bretagne, the Sydney Symphony, the Danish National Symphony Orchestra – and famously at the Oscars.
