With the present Screen Ireland Board winding down, at our latest WFT Ireland Members’ Coffee Chat, we want to talk about equality and diversity. Where are we now? We would like to ask you, our members, to share your thoughts with us. Do you feel the industry is changing for the better and if so, in what ways? What are your experiences in the field and are there solutions you feel would be worth raising with the incoming SI board?
