WFT Ireland at Galway Film Fleadh: Ten Years of the 50/50 Gender Equality Campaign: Where Are We Now?

WFT Ireland is heading to the Galway Film Fleadh for an essential industry discussion moderated by Dr Susan Liddy, Women in Film and Television International (WIFTI) President and Women in Film and Television (WFT) Ireland Chair.

The event will bring together key industry stakeholders to reflect on the changes and remaining gaps a decade on from the launch of 50/50 by 2020. Launched at the 2016 Cannes Film Festival by the Swedish Film Institute, the 50/50 by 2020 initiative (#5050×2020) aimed to achieve gender parity and equal opportunities for women in the screen sector by 2020. Join us for a crucial discussion for our industry.
