Ania Kudriavtseva is an actor, youth theatre director and facilitator from Ukraine. While studying acting at Kyiv National and Karpenko-Kary University, she worked as an actor and occasional assistant in film and commercials. Since moving to Ireland, Ania has been involved in drama facilitation, which opened the doors for directing opportunities. In 2023, Ania directed “Model Behaviour” by Jon Brittain for the National Theatre Connections Festival with the Straffan Drama Club. She has also done welfare jobs for Youth Theatre Ireland. Ania performed in Grace Kiely’s show “An Sean Duine Óg” produced by Graffiti Theatre Company in late 2023 and starred as the lead in a short movie “The Lightkeeper” directed by Mishel Mudryk, based on Varvara Fadeeva’s book. She will soon start Fishamble’s course in playwriting and aspires to study performing and directing in the future, as well as develop as a film actor.
